Stir-Fry Vegetables with Tofu
Directions: Stir-fry Chops strips, onion, and garlic in oil. Add tofu and broccoli. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until broccoli begins to cook. Add remaining ingredients and cook 1-2 minutes. Cover, and continue to cook until crisp tender. Serve with brown rice or noodles. Serves 4.
