Ingredients:
1 lb. petite green peas (frozen), thawed but not cooked
1 c. cucumber, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. fresh dill, chopped
1 med. red bell pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped, sauteed until clear
2/3 c. tofutti better than sour cream
1/3 c. Vegenaise (grapeseed variety)
2 T. fresh lemon juice
salt to taste
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Stir well to coat all vegetables. May serve at once or chill up to 24 hrs.
