Ingredients:
1 c. blueberries (frozen)
1/2 c. pineapple chunks (frozen)
1 t. vanilla
1 T. pure maple syrup
1/2 c. soy milk
garnish fresh strawberries
Directions:
Put all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth.
Serve in glass dishes; garnish with fresh strawberries.
Yield: Two 1/2-cup servings plus 1/4-cup serving.
