Ingredients:
5-1/2 c. canned vegetable stock/broth
5-6 cloves garlic, minced
2-3 t. dried thyme leaves
3 c. small broccoli florets
6 oz. fusilli (spirals) pasta, uncooked
2-3 t. lemon juice
salt to taste
Directions:
Heat stock, garlic and thyme to boiling in medium saucepan. Stir in broccoli and fusilli. Reduce heat and simmer until broccoli is tender and pasta is cooked, about 10-12 minutes. Season soup to taste with lemon juice and salt.
Serves 4.
