Ingredients:
1/2 lb. tofu
2 T. olive oil
2 T. lemon juice
4 garlic cloves
1 t. salt
1/4 t. basil
1/4 t. oregano
1/4 t. thyme
Directions:
In blender, process tofu, oil, lemon juice, and garlic. Add seasonings; mix thoroughly. Let stand several hours to enhance flavor. Yields: 1-1/4 cups.
