Ingredients:
1 package frozen chopped spinach
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 t. sesame oil
1 T. soy sauce
1 T. sesame seeds
1 t. lemon juice
1/8 t. salt
Directions:
Thaw spinach; steam it 3 minutes in a small pan; drain the liquid. In a small skillet, sauté garlic in oil until softened. Add spinach and remaining ingredients; heat through. Serves: 4.
